The Contact Center is trained to provide immediate Tier 1 technical support to ARMOR users. And, if there's a problem that requires additional expertise, the staff calls in additional in-house resources to quickly diagnose the problem and recommend appropriate actions.

Ms. Williams, who brings more than 20 years of customer service management experience from Bausch & Lomb and Verizon, explains that customers value a single point of contact and a dedicated, on-site support staff. "Customer service is my passion. DRS has made the investment to provide the very highest levels of service. We're doing it right," she says.
